Once checkout begins the software will lock the slot for up to 15 min so its best to open up another tab if you need to.
I do often have other times available, those are just the times for which you can request appointments online. You can also call to inquire about any cancellations I've had. Having said that , please understand that most days I have a full schedule so I may not be able to return calls until the next business day.
Please note: If you don't get a confirmation email when you schedule an appointment it means that something went wrong. Please either retry or give me a call.
